The Borough of Wanaque, located in Passaic County has a population of 10,266 according to the 2000 census. With the addition of the Wanaque Reserve the population is now closer to 11,000. The Borough’s total land area is 7.98 square miles. There is an additional 1.23 square miles of water in the Borough.
