In this class we will explore five of the basic yogic breaths and different types of meditation. No experience necessary.
We begin with yogic breathing leading to meditation, then a gentle stretch and a final relaxation. For all students |
This is a workshop for students with heart issues such as high blood pressure, a prior heart attack or bypass surgery. Very gentle yoga postures and yogic breathing will be taught sitting in chairs or on the floor.
